Terms and Conditions

1. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. The person whose name the ticket is issued must also be present at the door along with valid picture identification.

3. A print out of the order receipt from AIANA must be showed at the venue.

4. If the event attendee is different from the credit card holder, a copy of the credit card used for the ticket purchase must be produced along with the order.

5. Any failure to provide relevant documents mentioned above, may result in the denial of admission to the event without any refund.

6. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information as required in the registration form.

7. You agree to maintain and update Registration Data as necessary to keep it current and accurate.

8. AIANA reserves the right to suspend or terminate user’s account, if any reasonable suspicion of inaccurate or false information on the account.
